Michelle didn't get into the real estate profession the traditional way. She spent 20 years in advertising agencies developing research and strategies for Fortune 100 brands. After years of talking to people from diverse backgrounds about what mattered to them most, having a happy home always topped the list. She also knows that finding the ‘right' home is not always easy, and that ‘right' isn't defined the same way for everybody.
As a broker, she now puts her consumer research and strategy skills to better use: helping people confidently navigate the real estate journey. By patiently listening her clients' needs and understanding what makes them unique, she digs in to find solutions. She empowers her clients with knowledge of the process and their options, helping them be more confident in their decisions.
Michelle strongly believes that clients aren't transactions – they are people. People have families, hobbies, goals, and needs. People want a partner and an advocate for their needs.
